Brief
Tell us what you need to run: hardware or model, volume, term, region, budget. We'll sign your NDA first if you want one.

Source
We take the requirement to providers and bring back quotes normalized to the same units and terms, so the cheapest line really is the cheapest.

Screen
Before any introduction, both sides go through identity, sanctions and export-control checks.

Contract
You negotiate with our help and sign directly with the provider. We invoice our commission only after you sign.
03How we're paid
Paid by the buyer. Only on close.

- You contract with and pay the provider directly. DaoWorks never holds your funds.

- We don't buy and resell capacity, so there's no markup buried in the provider's price.
04Compliance
Screened, both sides.
AI infrastructure is subject to sanctions and export controls. Every client and provider we work with goes through the same checks.

We verify every client and provider from company registry documents and identify the people who own or control them.

Sanctions
Companies and their owners are screened against UN, US (OFAC), EU, UK and Hong Kong sanctions lists.

Export controls
For compute deals we check destination, end user and end use under US export controls, including the Entity List.

Records
We keep identification, screening and deal records for at least seven years.

FAQ
What does DaoWorks do?
DaoWorks is a Hong Kong company that acts as a buyer-side sourcing agent for AI infrastructure: we find, compare and negotiate GPU compute leases and AI model token supply, and the buyer pays us a commission only when a deal closes. We work for the buyer, not for any provider.
Are AI model tokens the same as crypto tokens?
No. In AI, a token is the unit that model usage is measured and billed in — a few characters of text. DaoWorks sources access to AI models billed in these units. DaoWorks doesn't offer crypto or other digital-asset services.
How is DaoWorks paid?
By the buyer, through a commission agreed in writing before we start. It is payable only when you sign with a provider we introduced. There is no retainer, and nothing is payable if you don't sign.
Do you resell compute or handle payments to providers?
No. You sign with the provider and pay the provider directly. DaoWorks doesn't take title to capacity or tokens, doesn't hold client funds and doesn't make payments on anyone's behalf.
Which GPUs can you source?
Current data-center accelerators: NVIDIA Hopper (H100, H200) and Blackwell (B200, B300, GB200 NVL72, GB300 NVL72), and AMD Instinct (MI300X, MI325X, MI355X). Availability changes week to week, so we report what is actually on offer and on what terms.
Do you only work with US companies?
No. But we don't work with anyone in a comprehensively sanctioned country or region, or with anyone on a sanctions or restricted-party list, and every compute deal has to pass export-control checks on where the GPUs are and who uses them.
