How it works

Four steps from requirement to signed contract. You deal with one agent, compare offers on the same terms, and sign directly with the provider. The buyer pays DaoWorks a commission only when a deal closes.

01Steps

Brief. Source. Screen. Contract.

  1. 1

    Brief

    You send
What you need to run — see the brief checklists for GPU compute and AI model tokens.
    We do
Sign your NDA if you want one, pin down the requirement with you, and agree our commission in writing.
    You get
Written engagement terms before any work starts.
  2. 2

    Source

    We do
Take the requirement to GPU clouds, data-center operators and inference providers, collect offers, and restate them in the same units and on the same terms.
    You get
A side-by-side comparison of what is actually available, with the trade-offs spelled out.
  3. 3

    Screen

    You send
Company registration documents, your beneficial owners, and — for compute — where the hardware will be and who will use it.
    We do
Identity, sanctions and export-control checks on both sides, before any introduction.
    You get
Introductions only to providers that passed the same checks.
  4. 4

    Contract

    We do
Help you negotiate price and terms with the provider you choose.
    You do
Sign with the provider and pay the provider directly.
    We invoice
Our commission, after you sign — and not before.

02Our fee

One commission. On close.

What it is
A commission, paid by the buyer.
When it's agreed
In writing, before we start.
When it's due
Only after you sign with a provider we introduced. No retainer; nothing is due if you don't sign.
How it's paid
Invoiced by DaoWorks Limited in US dollars, and paid from an account in the buyer's own name. We don't accept third-party payments.

03Boundaries

What we don't do.

No resale

We don't take title to compute or tokens, so there's no resale markup inside the provider's price.

No client funds

You pay the provider directly. We never hold client money or pay providers on anyone's behalf.

No crypto services

“Tokens” here means AI model usage. We don't offer crypto or other digital-asset services.

No restricted parties

No sanctioned countries, regions or listed parties, and no deal that fails an export-control check.

→Next step

Tell us what you need to run.

GPU type and count, or model and monthly tokens. Term, region, budget. We come back with what is actually available and on what terms.
